How your outing unfolds

Depart Drake Bay in the morning and return around midday or early afternoon. Exact times and the meeting point are confirmed when booking.

Explore snorkeling spots to observe tropical fish, look for turtles and rays and discover underwater formations. Visibility, sightings and activities depend on weather and ocean conditions.

Boarding and landing take place directly on the beach. Bring sandals and be prepared to get your feet wet.

• Swimwear, towel and sandals.
• Lightweight comfortable clothes, hat and sunscreen.
• Reusable water bottle.
• Camera, preferably waterproof, and a waterproof bag for electronic devices.

Explore with care

Observe without touching, chasing or feeding marine animals. Avoid touching or damaging corals and other natural formations, and follow your guide’s instructions.

With several days in Drake Bay, combine Caño Island with Sirena: a marine experience and a rainforest visit, each with its own booking and availability.

Payment and cancellations

No deposit is required. Full payment is due the day before the tour. If you cancel at least 24 hours before departure, there is no penalty and any payment received is refunded. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable. Date changes are arranged with our team subject to availability.

For tours outside Corcovado, if the operator cancels before the activity starts because of unsafe weather, you can choose another date subject to availability. If the new date does not suit you, unprovided services are refunded, excluding non-refundable entrance fees disclosed before payment.
