Booking conditions
Before confirming, review your service, inclusions, conditions and the steps to complete your booking. Sending a request starts the review; it does not confirm spaces, permits or accommodation.
Corcovado tours
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your tour. The deposit is non-refundable.
- The remaining balance is due the day before the tour.
- Once park entry permits have been purchased, the date cannot be changed.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
Other tours
No deposit is required. Full payment is due the day before the tour. If you cancel at least 24 hours before departure, there is no penalty and any payment received is refunded. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable. Date changes are arranged with our team subject to availability.
Weather and sea conditions
Outings may be changed or cancelled when weather, sea or safety conditions prevent the activity from taking place. Our team will explain the alternatives and the conditions that apply to your booking. For Corcovado, refunds following weather cancellations are reviewed according to the park administration’s criteria.
For tours outside Corcovado, if the operator cancels before the activity starts because of unsafe weather, you can choose another date subject to availability. If the new date does not suit you, unprovided services are refunded, excluding non-refundable entrance fees disclosed before payment.
Payment methods
We accept cash, cards, electronic payments and cryptocurrency. Our team will coordinate your preferred method and provide payment instructions. For electronic or cryptocurrency payments, we will agree on the platform or currency and, where applicable, the network before the transaction. The total amount and any applicable charges are explained before payment.
From enquiry to booking
- Choose your tours, date and participants, and enter your contact details.
- For Corcovado only, we need each participant’s full name and passport number; Costa Rican visitors should provide their national ID number. These details are needed to check availability and request park entry permits. You can send them through the website form, by email or via WhatsApp. Other tours do not require a passport or national ID.
- Once we receive the necessary information, we will check availability and explain the total, conditions and steps to confirm your booking.
An enquiry does not confirm a place, booking, permit or payment.
