What the form collects

Tour and option, preferred date, number of adults and children, your country of origin, preferred contact language, name, email address and phone number with its calling-code country. We also record the language, website source and a reference to follow up on your enquiry. When you choose to book, we ask for each participant’s name and nationality, and each child’s age on the tour date. If your chosen activity requires fins or boots, we ask for each participant’s size and sizing system. For Corcovado, you may voluntarily add each person’s name and passport or identification number when requesting a booking, or send these later. We use them to check availability and arrange permits. We do not request card details.

How we use it

To respond, review availability, prepare your proposal and follow up on your request. If you decide to book, our team explains what additional information is needed to arrange services and, where applicable, permits.

Who handles your enquiry

Suri’s Tour Drake Bay manages enquiries through Suri’s Tour Drake Bay Manager and the technology providers hosting the form and management system. Access to the enquiry inbox requires an authorised account. Contact details are not published on the website.

Technical data and security

The service records technical request information to handle receipt, prevent duplicates and limit abuse. The date and reference help locate your enquiry. Enter Corcovado identification numbers in the corresponding fields. Do not include medical information or card numbers in your message.

Correction or deletion

You can request correction or deletion of your enquiry data using the email or WhatsApp below. Include the reference, if available, and the contact details you used. Our team reviews the request, verifies that it concerns your data and informs you of the outcome. You do not need to send a passport photo to start this process.

If you already have a booking

Also identify the related booking or service. We review the enquiry separately from records linked to your booking, payments or permits, and explain which information can be deleted and which must be retained.

Website usage statistics

When measurement is active, we record pages viewed, language, screen category, general source and actions such as Book or WhatsApp. We use a random per-tab session identifier, renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity, without tracking cookies. Names, emails, documents, messages and full link addresses are not sent to this record.

If you submit an enquiry, its reference can link the session with a saved Manager booking to measure results. This is not a confirmed booking. Records are retained for up to 400 days; a derived technical key is used to limit abuse without storing the original IP in these statistics. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
